Refund policy
We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, contact us at info@smartlights.pl. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Poznańska 5B, 62-081 Przeźmierowo, Poland.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
